Our main goal at Rain is to make crypto asset trading accessible for everyone. This is why we designed our signup flow to be straightforward, with a simple interface, to make it easy for beginners and advanced traders alike to get involved in the expanding world of crypto.

Get started

To start exploring the world of crypto on a safe and regulated platform, download Rain’s app and tap Get Started. Start by telling us your name and where you’re located, then provide us with your email and set up your password and tap on Sign Up.

Requirements and steps

To continue with your sign-up, you need to prepare the following:

  1. Your personal identification documents like a national identification card (ID), passport or your driver's license.

  2. A proof of address document, which is any document that outlines your full address and your name. You can get more details on this requirement here.

When you’re ready, follow the below steps:

  1. Add and verify your phone number by entering the verification code sent to your number.

  2. Submit the requested identification documents. These are requested to comply with the Central Bank of Bahrain’s requirements for the security of our platform and customers.

  3. Verify your address by uploading your proof of address document.

  4. Complete your identity verification by recording a selfie and following the instructions on the screen.

  5. Add the necessary information regarding your occupation and funds.

Once you submit all of the required information and documents, keep an eye on your email for updates from us. It may take up to 24 hours to review your application. Once your verification is complete, you can start trading crypto immediately.
