Keeping your registered phone number up to date is very important since we use it to share critical information with you such as OTPs for important transactions. In case you need to update your phone number, we have designed a process that allows you to manually change it through our app. Here are the steps you need to follow:
On the mobile app, go to your Profile and select Account.
Tap on "Update phone number".
Enter your new phone number.
Enter the verification code received via SMS.
For security purposes, fiat withdrawals and crypto sends will be disabled for 24 hours after updating your phone number.
If you have lost access to your old phone number, please contact us through our support page and we will be able to provide you with an alternative solution.
