A network send fee is required to ensure your transaction is confirmed by the network. This fee depends on the state of the network and fluctuates accordingly; if the network is really busy, fees tend to increase.

This fee is needed in order to cover the cost of the transaction on the network. With a dynamic send fee, the fee would vary with every send transaction. This means that the fee goes up when the network usage is higher, and goes down during stable market times.

The dynamic fee will be calculated at the time of the transaction and will be shown in the confirmation page before the transaction is confirmed.
