The VIP program is divided into three tiers, each unlocking a range of perks. These tiers are determined by the trading volume the customer has accumulated since signup, and they are as follows:
Silver: traders who accumulate $250K to $500K in trading volume since signup are part of the Silver Tier.
Gold: traders who accumulate $500K to $1M in trading volume since signup are part of the Gold Tier.
Platinum: traders who accumulate over $1M in trading volume since signup are part of the Platinum Tier.

Dedicated relationship manager: if you’re one of our Platinum VIP customers, you will have a dedicated relationship manager. A dedicated personal relationship manager will be able to provide assistance with tailored support and guidance for a seamless trading experience.
Custom weekly limits: VIP customers may benefit from higher weekly limits, providing the flexibility needed for high-volume trades.
OTC (Over-the-Counter) services: VIP customers enjoy special access to Rain’s OTC services, with access to deep liquidity, discreet execution, and competitive pricing to further enhance their trading capabilities.
Premium pricing: VIP customers may also be eligible for special pricing based on their trading volume over the past 12 months. Eligibility for this feature is subject for review.
